Pets: We allow a maximum of 2 pets of up to 25 lbs for an additional fee. For stays of less than a month the fee is $25 per night per pet or a maximum of $100 per stay per pet. Monthly pet fee is $100 per pet. Pets should not go on the furniture. You will still be responsible for any damage or extra cleaning. Smoking/Vaping: No smoking/vaping is allowed inside the house. You can smoke outside and there is an ashtray provided. Please keep all doors and windows closed to make sure the smoke doesn't get in. We have remote smoke detectors which will notify the host if smoke is detected inside the house. Mailbox: For security and safety purposes we do not allow guests to receive mail at this property or access the mailbox. If you need to have personal or business mail delivered to you while staying with us we can point you to the closest UPS and USPS offices that provide PO Box rental services. Key-less Entry: Once you enter the provided code, press the unlock button. Wait a few seconds until you hear the gears unlock. The door is now ready to be opened. Come on in and get cozy! WiFi: The login information is provided on premises. The black board containing this info is placed on the shelf over the TV in the living room. The speed is 500 Mbps. TVs: All TVs on premises are smart TVs. If you wish to log into your personal Netflix, YouTube, etc. account, please remember to log yourself out upon check out. Washer/Dryer: The all-in-one unit is located in the hallway closet next to the bathroom Quick cycle will take care of washing and drying of most clothes. Please remember that this is an all-in-one unit so drying will take a little longer than a standard dryer. Outside Doors: Please make sure to not leave any doors open without reason as there are lots of geckos outdoors just dying to get inside. You don't want to be bringing one of those back home in your luggage! And the same goes for mosquitos, etc. We are in Florida after all Cameras: There is an outdoor camera located above the front door. It serves for extra guest security and surveillance when the property is vacant. Thermostat: Each room is equipped with a split type AC with a remote. Each remote acts as a thermostat and needs a clear view of the AC, thus it should remain in the wall mount unless actively used to change the settings. Beach Gear: Beach towels are in the bedroom closets and the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are behind the front entry door. Trash and Recycling: Trash is picked up every Tuesday and Friday. The trash can is located on the back side of the house off of the alley way. Recycling is picked up every other Monday. Trash cans do not need to be moved. The trucks will pick them up on the designated dates. We kindly ask you to be mindful of the neighbors. The quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
